Mr. Spelman's visit to Tanzania:These photographs have been taken by Mr. Spelman in November 2007, during a visit with Grassroots, a charitable organisation based in the U.K. Mr. spelman worked for two weeks with families and children in Mbaya, Tanzania, thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
£3.50 a month buys the children schooling, basic equipment to study and importantly a pair of simple shoes. these protect children from ground parasites that can make them very poorly.
If you want to find out more about this work and the charity please go to www.grassroots.org.uk.
